Refund policy

Our products are crafted in small batches with the utmost precision. With every bottle, we strive to deliver more than we promise. Each product is carefully double-checked before being shipped to you. We are not focused on mass production; instead, we take pride in packaging every bottle by hand and sending it with love and care. Rest assured, we never ship a product that is even slightly damaged.

However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, please reach out to our team at contact@bleum.in. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for us to process any replacement requests. Replacements can only be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Without an unboxing video, unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with the replacement. You may be asked to self-ship the product to us (the return address will be provided after contacting us via email and sharing the video). If applicable, we will refund the shipping cost once the slip is shared.

Please note that we do not currently accept returns. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of our personal care products, so every customer receives a fresh and untouched bottle. If you are uncertain about which variant to choose, we recommend trying our Discovery Pack (which includes six miniatures of 2mL each) before ordering the full-sized products.
